Same here - seems the macOS VPN Remote Endpoint Security clients were at least a little bit abbandoned. Hence the only chance for me now is iPad Pro, Capsule on iOS12 and that's all. None of my 'Mojave' -based Mac's cant connect either by SNX (NetExtender) via MAB Portal (network mode!) or via ESClient (latest E80.7x/8x).

My Checkpoint VPN client stopped working normally on MacOS Mojave 10.14. It seems to connect, but I do not get an access to the office LAN. It turned out that there is no Checkpoint VPN client for Mojave yet:

I asked at the Checkpoint forum, and I got reply that they are still working on the beta version. And that it is not ready yet. In the past upgrade og the MacOS did not interfere with the Checkpoint VPN client, So it seems I upgraded to the Mojave too bravely.

I see two options now - to downgrade to High Sierra 10.13 or to wait for the new Checkpoint VPN client compatible with the Mojave.

i cannot install the Version 80.61 and 80.62 (Beta, GA Release February 2016) of Checkpoint Software. Always installed as root user.

Anyone has the same issue?
