September 6, 2018. Today KDE released the first stability update for KDE Applications 18.08. This release contains only bugfixes and translation updates, providing a safe and pleasant update for everyone.
More than a dozen recorded bugfixes include improvements to Kontact, Cantor, Gwenview, Okular, Umbrello, among others.

- The KIO-MTP component no longer crashes when the device is already accessed by a different application
- Sending mails in KMail now uses the password when specified via password prompt
- Okular now remembers the sidebar mode after saving PDF documents

Tuesday, 7 July 2020. Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma 5, versioned 5.19.3. Plasma 5.19 was released in June 2020 with many feature refinements and new modules to complete the desktop experience.
This release adds a fortnight's worth of new translations and fixes from KDE's contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and include:
- KWin: Make sure tablet coordinates take decorations into account. Commit. Fixes bug #423833
- Fix a KCM crash when no file manager is installed. Commit. Fixes bug #422819
- Powerdevil: Fix compilation with Qt 5.15, this hit the time bomb too. Commit.
