Yes – it takes me to the installation process Edward: If anyone is still on this I found the answer using a Kodak live chat – I asked for the steps c3110 they gave me this. May Essp know the printer model number? When you contact Kodak support third party boiler room in India like I did they will try and sign you up for all there offers and take control of your computer manually which I did not let them do.
So I’m wondering if there is anyone out there who was brave enough to let Kodak support gain control of there computer and if they actually send out the proper drivers and how their experience went?
