1. Download Mobile Partner from Huawei support site (direct link Mobile Partner)
2. Boot your Mac into Recovery mode, by holding down Command (⌘)-R immediately after turning on or restarting your Mac. Release when you see the Apple logo.
3. Launch Terminal from the Utilities menu.
4. Run:
   

   $ csrutil disable
   $ reboot

5. Log into your account regularly and install the previously downloaded Mobile Partner.
6. Plug your USB stick.
7. Launch Mobile Partner and connect (you might need to setup a profile according to your ISP settings)
8. Boot your Mac into Recovery mode, by holding down Command (⌘)-R immediately after turning on or restarting your Mac. Release when you see the Apple logo.
