Oct 12, 2015  Hello, I like to know if Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, After Effects CS6, Audition CS6, Encore CS6 and InDesign CS6 are compatible with OS X El Capitan. I need the response please for update my OS X. Thanks again. Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support Mac OS X v10.6.8 or v10.7. Adobe Creative Suite 3, 4, 5, CS5.5, and CS6 applications support Mac OS X Mountain Lion (v10.8) when installed on Intel-based systems. 1 GB of RAM 2 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space. I use Adobe CS6 as it's the last version before they adopted the extremely expensive subscription model for Creative Cloud. As I understand it, if I buy a newer Mac as a replacement, Adobe CS6 no longer functions on Mac OS beyond Catalina, since it won't support 32-bit applications.

Adobe Reader plug-in and Acrobat plug-in are not compatible with the Safari 5.1 browser, included with Mac OS 10.7 and for 10.6 in July 2011. Adobe Reader and Acrobat continue to work as stand-alone applications on Mac OS 10.7 and 10.6, and render PDF documents outside the browser.

The Dynamic Link feature does not work on 10.6.8. If the Enable DLMS preference is enabled, Audition tries to start DLMS on launch, or when attempting to open a file that requires DLMS. A timeout occurs and a notification displays indicating that the DLMS process cannot be used.
